6 Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course
Taking place over 6 evenings, this course gives a practical introduction to Mindful living. The classes are limited in size and the sessions include guided meditations, group discussions and supportive instruction in a relaxed environment which will guide you to be able to integrate mindfulness into your day to day life.

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a way of cultivating more awareness and presence in your life which allows you experience life with less pre-occupation and more joy. It involves noticing what’s happening in the present moment with an open, non-judgmental attitude.
